Refund policy

 

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong option, or no longer wanting the product.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, missing parts, or does not arrive, contact scriblume@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or video showing the issue.

After reviewing your claim, we may provide a replacement, replacement part, store credit, or refund when appropriate. Do not send any item back unless we provide return instructions.

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, as long as fulfillment has not started. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order was damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by law.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
